Emergency Lighting Inspections

Efficient Installation & Maintenance

Emergency lighting systems automatically operate in the event of a power failure or loss of power to the lighting system. It is important to inspect and service the emergency lighting system in your building to make sure it is fully functioning and in a serviceable condition.

Our engineers are all ICEL qualified engineers. The inspection requires that every circuit supplying an emergency light is isolated to demonstrate that the internal battery in the emergency light fitting is holding charge, and that the emergency light is functional, so that in the event of a power failure, the lamps or LED illuminates from the battery instead of the normal power supply.

We can also provide emergency lighting consultancy and design services if you are looking to improve the existing emergency lighting system to comply with BS 5266 and ICEL requirements.

If you are looking to upgrade your normal lighting to LED lighting we can also provide a lighting design service and provide photometric data. This will improve the quality of lighting throughout your premises and reduce energy costs and carbon emissions.
